Stringer Bead Boosts Metal Removal in Weld Cleanup
Osborn's TufBrush 4" stringer bead is designed for
improved metal removal in weld cleanup appli-
cations including root and hot pass, surface
preparation, pipe joining, and others. Made
from carbon steel material, the stringer
bead also is designed to last longer than
other brushes, which reduces the number
of brush changes and increases efficien-
cy, the company says. It primarily is used
with a 5/8", 11 rolled thread.

Spray System Combines Air Supply and Filtration
An air supply and filtration system from Sata Spray Equipment that combines the
Sata Vision 2000 supplied-air respirator and Sata 400 filter system is designed to
allow spray operators to breathe easier, providing both breathing air and pure
spraying air in a single system.
The respirator protects the painter from overspray, solvent fumes
and isocyanates. A tip-up, non-glare, anti-static visor with adjustable
headband provides a wide field of view, but the hood is still light-
weight and comfortable, the company
says. The filter system delivers 129.6
cfm, and the fine filter cartridge re-
moves particles to 0.01 micron.

Fabric Oven Door Withstands Temps

rated to withstand temperatures as high as
500°F. The company specializes in manu-
facturing roll-up fabric doors for a variety of
applications from paint to cure. An alterna-
tive to traditional rigid door systems, these
