In addition to its line of standard hooks and racks, and custom
material-handling carts, Mighty Hook will showcase an example
conveyor line using its Angle Pivot tooling system that auto-
matically rotates parts or racks mechanically on inclines and
declines. According to the company, this technology enables
close spacing of racks or parts, and increases production rates
and throughput capacity.

Organic Acid Cleaner Reduces Scale Buildup
Hubbard-Hall will showcase Aquaease 2289, an organic acid
cleaner and brightener used for splitting oil and reducing the
buildup of scale in washing equipment. The product is an
acidic soak ultrasonic spray cleaner that can remove a variety
of soils and oxides from aluminum, stainless steel, Monel and
other high-nickel alloys. According to the company, the cleaner
contains a high percentage of Design for the Environment (DfE)
acceptable surfactants and solubilizers designed to remove
forming lubricants, machining oils, and light rust or scale from
those substrates.
