Operates at 10-12 ASF, which is 25% to 43% faster than the competition, deposits up to 15 µm with exceptional uniformity. Deposits resist abrasion and corrosion and are non-magnetic, so they're well suited to high frequency applications. Niphos 965 / 967 / 968 – new electrolytes for deposition of high phosphorus nickel alloys provide high corrosion resistance and high frequency signal compatibility for RF applications. The electrodeposited Niphos series also results in energy savings, and lower chemical and waste treatment costs compared to standard EN. Antitarnish Sealing 691 antitarnish process uses advanced nanotechnology: special nanopolymers absorb on the metal surface and crosslink to form a protective layer a few nanometers thick. Aqueous formula is chrome-free and RoHS compliant. It will not compromise solderability or bonding capacity, has low contact resistance, and preserves metal lubricity, making it suitable for plug connectors and electrical contacts. Rack, barrel and R2R compatible. Talk with Uyemura Today!
