Color Card Showcases Powder Coatings Selections
A powder coating color card from IFS Coatings' Polychem
Powder Coatings division includes 125 colors and special effects
from 14 powder coating color collections.
The powder-coated chips are designed to give an exact repre-
sentation of the powder, which includes bronze, metal effects,
multi-component looks, wrinkles and veins in the classic
collection; a bright auto collection; neons; and soƞ "barely
there" shades. The card also showcases popular altered RAL
effects, which allows users to take any RAL shade and add ef-
fects such as silver sparkles, river textures and veins.

Marine Coatings Line Adds Multi-Purpose Primer
AkzoNobel's marine coatings business has added a multi-pur-
pose, one-pack primer. Specially formulated for brush and roller
application, Interstores Alkyd Primer is compatible with most of
the company's marine topcoat options and is said to be suitable
for all substrates above the waterline.
The Interstores range of products also includes alkyd and
polyurethane top coats, and an epoxy primer. The addition of
the alkyd primer means the Interstores line now can meet the
full spectrum of onboard ship maintenance requirements, the
company says.
