Work- space dimensions measure 48" × 48" × 36", and 40 kW of power is installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular heating elements. A 4,200-cfm, 3-hp recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow to the workload. The oven fea- tures 4" insulated walls; an alumi- nized steel exterior; and a Type 304, 2B-finish stainless steel interior with continuously back- welded seams. It also includes an air-operated rear sliding door, reinforced ¼" steel plate top and wear bars at the sides of the workspace. The floor of the workspace is reinforced for 1,000 lbs. loading at a removable subway grate. Controls include a digital indicating temperature controller and manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors, and a recirculating blower airflow safety switch.
