Axalta Coating Systems, supplier
of liquid and powder coatings,
introduces the next generation in
coil spring coatings. Alesta Spring
Black is a hybrid epoxy powder
coating designed to offer flex-
ibility, mechanical resistance and
corrosion resistance.
Designed as a one-layer sys-
tem, Spring Black is formulated
to enable a vehicle's coil sus-
pension system to adapt to road
conditions while supporting the
weight of the vehicle without
compromising the integrity of
the coating. The company says
a high build in the coating's
thickness contributes to an
enhanced appearance.
