DVUV Holdings Announces New
Corporate Name and Rebranding
Cleveland-based DVUV Holdings announces a new corporate
name, Keyland Polymer Material Sciences, LLC, as well as a reor-
ganization and rebranding of its operating companies. The new
holdings company will include four separate operating compa-
nies: Keyland Polymer UV Application Technology; Keyland
Polymer UV Resins; Keyland Polymer UV Powder; and DVUV.
According to the company, this new alignment will help
solidify the company's position and message as a global devel-
oper, formulator, manufacturer and applicator of UV-curable
solid material.

Rebrand as Sames Kremlin

and Sames merge within the Exel Industries group, rebranding
under the global organization with the name Sames Kremlin.
