Sugino's Zippel brand of industrial part washing and deburring

Zippel's aqueous-based cleaning systems combine economy

energy costs by recovering waste heat from the process flow.
The full range of cleaning systems includes chamber, inline,

ReStore Kit from Madison Chemical Restores
Stainless Steel and Other Metalworking Surfaces
Madison Chemical introduces the ReStore Kit, a combination of
several of its cleaning and surface preparation products suited
for many metalworking cleaning, surface preparation and passiv-
ation applications. This kit enables users to clean, etch, remove
surface oxides and prepare a wide variety of metal surfaces.
When used with the compound CR-120N, this can help passiv-
ate some 300 series stainless steels where desired. Ideal uses
include fabricated metal surfaces, especially where L series stain-
less steel is used and post-weld cleanup is required, where an
exposed metal edge has been aggravated by CO
2
laser cutting, or
in areas where sulphurized cutting oils and metalworking fluids
have damaged stainless steel surfaces.

Guyson designed the SP-10 semi-automatic grit blast system us-
ing its 150/16 reclaim system with vibrator and heater installed
on the media hopper, keep-
ing the fine 240-grit alumina
oxide flowing. The six Guy-
son guns are mounted to the
gun oscillator that moves
at a programmed rpm,
adjustable on the HMI. The
table speed is also adjust-
able through the HMI and
can easily handle the large
34" diameter basket and its 100-lb. load. The company's vertical
door design provides the protection required to comply with the
maximum 80 DBA noise level requirement while easing loading
and unloading of the basket segments.
