Omegasonics' PowerLiƞ 4560 is engineered to clean heavy parts
by enabling the operator to lower and liƞ parts out of the tank
with an assisted pneumatic liƞ.
The 120-gallon
PowerLiƞ 4560 is a
large-capacity ultra-
sonic cleaning system
with 6,000 watts of peak
ultrasound. The liƞ is
available with an op-
tional agitation feature
controlled by a touch-
screen. Agitation moves
the basket up and
down with a 3" stroke
to remove any loose
dirt remaining in crev-
ices aƞer the ultrasonic
process.
According to the com-
pany, the cleaning system is ideal for heavy items such as trans-
mission cases, large castings and molds, large food processing
applications and heat exchangers.

Waste Wizard Recycling System
Purifies Valuable Components
Ransohoff, a division of Cleaning Technologies, introduces the
next generation of its Waste Wizard solution recycling system,
which now features advanced Siemens controls with program-
mable digital color display screen and expandable modules to
meet a wider range of recycling applications.
The system filters out and col-
lects the soluble waste contami-
nates while purifying valuable
components that can be
reused. It is designed for recy-
cling aqueous cleaner baths,
mass finishing compounds,
mop water and other water-
based industrial fluids.
Other features include:
closed loop on solution
based processes; continuous
recycling of solution; energy cost
savings; and reduced solution treatment fees.
The system is available with a standard 55-gallon (200 L) drum
or optional 100-gallon (380 L) tank for waste disposal of the con-
centrated oil and solids collected by the system.
