34 JANUARY 2016 — pfonline.com Anolyte Cell Resources' ACT Technology Eliminates Cross-Linking Anolyte Cell Resources' Anolyte Temperature Controller is designed to eliminate premature cross- linking of solids in the electrocoat tank, due to excessive temperatures generated by anolyte cells. Cross-linking causes paint buildup on the outside of the anolyte cells. This technology uses a temperature sensor integrated into the ThinCell sensor, which provides isolated data to a standalone controller. This keeps the cell performing at opti- mal levels, while reducing dirt build-up in the paint bath, which, in turn, reduces paint waste in the bath, enables chillers to be less labored and provides longer life to bag and UF flters.
