mix atomizing spray nozzles
atomize fuids in a range of
spray patterns and liquid
volumes for a variety of uses.
Liquid and compressed air is
compressed inside of the air
cap to produce a fne mist of
atomized liquid that can be
easily adjusted per applica-
tion. These ½ NPT spray
nozzles provide high liquid
fows up to 303 GPH and are
available with multiple spray
patterns including narrow
angle round, wide angle round and fat fan.
With Exair's atomizing nozzles, users can coat, cool, treat
and paint a variety of products using compressed air and liq-
uids with a viscosity of up to 300 centipoise. Used with water,
atomizing nozzles are an eficient way to evenly cool hot items
in your automated process.
They are also commonly used with light oils, rust inhibitors,
chemicals, paints and dyes.

Ultrasonic Cleaner Enables Easy Cleaning
Ultrasonic Power's Ultra 3200FA full-featured ultrasonic cleaner
is designed with a 55-gallon main tank capacity and horizontal
transducers for superior cleaning action without solvents. These
220V models feature an agitation table, dual fltration, a 10-gallon
weir tank, sparge bar and an insulated tank and lid. The V-bottom
design enables easy cleaning between batches. The Ultra 3200FA
has the power to quickly clean parts such as rubber and plastic
parts, bearings, bolts, transmission components, engine parts
prior to assembly, plastic injection molds and more. In addition
to industrial environments, these cleaners are engineered for
automotive, medical, pharmaceutical, aerospace, engineering
and other industries.
