The Electrocoat Association
Annual Meeting will be
held in Chicago on Nov. 9,
coinciding with this year's
Fabtech. Members are invited to hear about the associa-
tion's business plans and network with industry partners over
dinner. Registration is complimentary for individual members
and for the main corporate member representative (or a
designated alternate). Additional company associates may
attend for $60 per guest.
The Electrocoat Association and the Chemical Coaters
Association International will also present the Electrocoating
Seminar on Sep. 22–23 in Novi, Michigan. The seminar
includes two days of classroom programming, with discus-
sions that will center on efficiency, reducing production
and nonproduction costs and overall system effectiveness
in different areas of the electrocoating process, as well as
troubleshooting defects and racking enhancements. The
first day of the seminar will conclude with a casual Meet the
Speakers reception. The Electrocoat Association will host
"America's greatest manufacturing experience," at the Ford
Rouge Factory on the second day. Admission is included in the
seminar registration fee.
The Electrocoat Association and Products Finishing will
also host Ecoat 2016, the industry's foremost event to
support the expansion of electrocoat technology, both as a
coating application and as a primer of choice for many other
topcoat finishes, through the education of finishing industry
personnel and those interested in the technology. The event
is scheduled for Feb. 15–17, at the Rosen Centre Hotel in
Orlando, Florida.
