Distribution System
Global Finishing Solutions' batch process ovens feature a "unifow" air distribution system in which the supply air plenums
are located on both sides of the oven. Hot air exiting the plenum
is pulled across and up through the part to the return air opening located in the heater box. The ovens are suited for a variety
of industrial processes.

David Weisman's latest
Relatively Slow Response
Electric Infrared Curing Oven
System is designed to cure
liquid and powder coatings
on small, medium and large
three-dimensional products.
The system features relatively slow response electric
infrared heaters and controls,
and a modular design for
the addition of more heated
height and/or an air recirculation system. Heaters can be provided with a composite or neoceramic face, depending on the
facility environment (i.e., clean room or not). The system can be
used as a stand-alone complete cure oven for a continuous or
batch/indexing process or in conjunction with an existing hot air/
convection oven.

fnishing and more. The line features heavy-duty construction
and combination airfow, as well as modulating control on
gas-fred models and SSR power control on electrically heated
ovens. The combination airfow includes fully adjustable
