Modular Paint Finishing Systems

controls that keep the systems fowing. The systems are said to

Coating Thickness Gages for Metals
DeFelsko will showcase its PosiTector 6000 gages, designed to
measure coating thickness
on virtually all metals. All
models feature built-in
memory, on-screen
statistics, a PosiSof USB
drive and the PosiSof
suite of sofware ofering
multiple ways to view,
analyze and report data.
Advanced models also include color LCD, onscreen
graphing, WiFi and cloud
connectivity.
The PosiTest DFT gage is the economical choice and is two
models: Ferrous for steel or Combo for all metals. This durable
gage is designed to ofer fast and repeatable measurement,
and no calibration is required for most applications. The PosiTector PC powder checker measures uncured powder coatings
using ultrasonic technology to automatically calculate and
display a predicted cured thickness.
All PosiTector gage bodies can accept any PosiTector probe,
including PosiTector 200 probes for measuring on heat-sensitive substrates such as wood, plastic and other non-metals.
